Rules for a Safe Fourth at the Music Fest:

Any shade structures or canopies will be permitted only on the outer edge of the grass and on the street side behind the central concrete walkway and limited to 10'x10' size.
No umbrellas in the center of the grass.
No alcoholic beverages will be permitted in the park after 8:00 PM.
No personal fireworks are permitted.
No unauthorized vendors or solicitors will be permitted.
All dogs must be leashed.
Hot coals must be disposed of in designated containers next to the playground and recycle center.
Parking is permitted in designated areas only. Vehicles parked in violation of signs or illegally, will be towed.
Do not bring glass containers of any kind to the park on July 4th
Patrick Henry Band Will be taking care of trash patrol. They have been given permission from the event permit holder to collect all recyclables within the park area.
